HOW TO BUY ON 22presents.com:
In order to make purchases on 22presents.com, you first have to create an account where you fill in all necessary details. Information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. A confirmation message will be sent to an email address designated by you. You can continue shopping after you give your consent.
From the product catalog or via a product search, choose a product that you would like to buy. For greater clarity, we have divided the catalog into detailed categories, which are always visible in the left column.
Use the “into the basket” button to insert your selected product into the virtual basket. “Continue shopping” until your basket contains everything that you would like to buy.
You can get into your virtual shopping basket by clicking “shopping basket” in the top right corner of the page. Here you can check your purchases. In order to delete an item from the list, check the corresponding field in the “remove” column and update the page. In order to change the volume of any product being ordered, proceed similarly.
Select “buy” to confirm your purchases. In the next phase, you can select a method of transportation, payment, place of delivery, and you can also add any comments with additional details to your order.
If you have ever made a purchase here before, fill in your log-in information. Or, in the opposite case, you can register. All that is left is filling in the delivery information, and in the case of some payment methods, the confirmation of payment via an Internet credit card. Select “continue” for a total overview before the final confirmation. After the final check, you can use your numerical discount coupon on the following page. To make a binding confirmation, check the “information OK” field and choose “continue”. The following information will assure you that the order was processed properly.
By sending the basket, we begin processing your order. You will be informed via the email address that you stated in the delivery information about all next steps. We ask that you carefully check the package that you receive from us.

in accordance with corresponding legal regulations, issues these
COMPLAINTS REGULATIONS FOR THE INTERNET SHOP 22presents.com
which regulate the conditions, on the basis of which the buyer exercises the right to return goods to the company PEBE or to the securing of a free of charge repair of a product purchased in the internet shop of PEBE, within the scope of a guarantee stipulated by the producer, or to other rights as stated below.
When selling a product, the company PEBE is obligated -- with sufficient lead time before the conclusion of a contract -- to provide such information making it possible for the buyer to become acquainted with the product’s parameters, price, transportation method, as well as payment and delivery period.
By paying for and accepting an item, the ownership of the purchased item is transferred onto the buyer. The guarantee period begins to run from the date of the acceptance of the item by the buyer. For all products, the guarantee period is generally 24 months from the date of the acceptance of the goods, unless the producer or PEBE establish a longer guarantee period. As a rule, the guarantee period is designated in the guarantee certificate that is included with the product. If a guarantee certificate has not been issued for a product, then the general guarantee period (24 months), or period designated on the sales documents, if it is longer than 24 months, is valid. The presentation of a sales document of the company PEBE Interactive (invoice) and document on the payment of the goods is sufficient for sales and after-sales service at PEBE.
1. Returning of goods:
- The buyer has the right to not accept goods from the transportation company in the event of the purchasing of goods at the 22presents.com internet shop if another type of good is delivered, or if the goods are delivered in contradiction to the purchase agreement (buyer’s order), or the goods are delivered in a damaged package or if the goods are delivered without relevant tax or sales documents. In the event of the delivery of the goods in contradiction to the purchase agreement, the buyer has the right for the seller to, immediately and without unnecessary delay, put the matter into a state corresponding to the purchase agreement, based on the buyer’s requirement either via the exchange of the item or its repair; if it is not possible to proceed this way, then the buyer can request a discount from the price of the item or the buyer can withdraw from the contract. The seller will take into consideration also a contradiction with the purchase agreement that is discovered during a period of six months from the acceptance of the item, if it does not follow from the nature of the item that the buyer had to discover the existence of the contradiction already at the time of its acceptance.
- The buyer has the right to return the goods (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days from the demonstrable acceptance of the goods in the original state without providing a reason and without any sanctions. 2. Complaints:
- In the event that during the guarantee period a defect occurs because of which the purchased product cannot be used completely regularly, and it is possible to fix this defect, then the buyer has the right to its repair for free of charge. For a defect that can be repaired on a product that has not been used, the buyer has the right to request an exchange of the product instead of the repairing of the defect. In the event of a defect that cannot be repaired and that prevents the product from being regularly used as a product that is defect free, the buyer has the right to the exchange of the product or to withdraw from the contract.
- A complaint can be filed at any authorized service center of the corresponding product, the list of which is included on the “Guarantee certificate”, or by sending the complaint to the above stated postal address, or at any PEBE store at the corresponding complaints employee during the entire opening hours. This service center employee will decide on the legitimacy of the complaint immediately, and in complicated cases within three working days. The guarantee does not cover product defects caused by the buyer. The authorized service center will always make the decision about the claims of the buyers arising from contradictions with the purchase contract at the time of the purchasing of the goods.
- Complaints do not apply to the following cases:
-- if the defect or damage was caused due to demonstrably improper use, in contradiction to the user instructions (e.g., operation with the wrong supply voltage, connection to prohibited sources of electricity), or other improper actions of the user
-- demonstrable prohibited interventions into the device
-- if the submitted “Guarantee certificate” carries apparent marks of performed changes of data, or the product contains a production number that is different from the number that is stated on the “Guarantee certificate"
-- faults that were caused by routine wear and tear
-- consumer goods with a stipulated period of use according to special legal regulations, if such a complaint is being filed after the lapsing of this period
-- when the apparent defect on the surface or in the material of a glass or metal surface is a part of artistic intention
-- natural catastrophes
- A complaint can be accepted only in the event of the proving of the following facts:
-- that the defect occurred within the guarantee period - for this purpose, the buyer will present a properly and clearly filled out “Guarantee certificate” with a filled in sales date and that is stamped with a store stamp and signed by the sales person in the event that a longer guarantee period than the usual period was provided for the product
-- that the buyer purchased the product from a PEBE sales person and for what price; for this purpose, the buyer will present a valid sales document with the designation of the date of the purchasing of the product proving the purchase of the product that is being returned at PEBE, or the buyer will prove, via another trustworthy manner, that the purchase of the product being returned was made at PEBE.
-- that the product is defective; for this purpose, the buyer will present the defective product in the store or will prove the defect to the guarantee service technician
If any of the conditions listed here is not properly fulfilled by the buyer, the complaint will not be accepted as justified and will not be subsequently handled.
- Due dates for the handling of a complaint:
-- Justified complaints are handled without unnecessary delay, at the latest, however, within 30 days from the day of the filing of the complaint, unless the seller and customer agree on a longer period. After the lapsing of this period, the consumer has the same rights as if the matter concerned a defect that cannot be repaired.
-- If the defective product is exchanged for a new one, or if a component of the product was exchanged, then the guarantee period for the new product, respectively its new component, begins running again from the acceptance of the new item, respectively item with the new component. The guarantee period is extended by the length of time for which the product was in the guarantee repair according to the records. The record of the performed repair can only be executed by an authorized service provider.
-- Complaints are regulated by the Civic Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The company PEBE does not charge a fee for the judgment of a complaint, not even in the case of unjustifiably filed complaints.
